I love this. It is much better to watch an animal doing something like this, gathering material for bedding, rather than just eating nuts.
I have a little confession to make. I had to walk about a mile to get that hay for them. I had already seen them gathering up material for bedding but there wasn’t much around that they could use. I thought that it would make a good video plus it is very important to me that my Badgers get a good comfortable sleep in the day time so that they can come out and play at night.
It probably won’t be that comfortable, it was very itchy stuff to carry but then hopefully the Badgers won’t sleep naked.
Anyway I won’t tell anyone if you don’t.
